Delivery Of Tickets
And Will Call
Generally, our ticket provider is an internet-based,
print-at-home ticketing system. If you have purchased tickets on-line and
selected delivery method via US Mail, please allow fourteen days after placing
your ticket order for arrival. For express delivery orders, please allow at
least two business days for your order to arrive. If not received when
expected, please contact ETIX at 1-888-202-ETIX. Tickets may also be purchased
at the track office on the day of the event in most instances.
Will Call tickets can be purchased in advance or the day of the show. Present
your credit card and picture ID at the ticket window.
Refund Policy For
Cancelled Or Postponed Events
Sometimes weather or other outside considerations make it
necessary to postpone or re-schedule an event. In such instances, the track
management group and/or event promoter will make the final determination of
cancellation and refund availability. We will issue refunds only if an event is
cancelled in its entirety. If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, and
tickets were purchased with a credit card, refunds will automatically be applied
to the credit card used by the customer at the time of purchase. In such
instances, refunds will generally appear on your next account statement
depending on your billing cycle. Refunds for cancelled performances include the
ticket price and the per ticket convenience charge(s), but do not include the
per order handling charge if any fees are collected for a chosen delivery
option.
