Free Winchester 400 Pit Pass for Teams Entering Before Sep. 28
Super Late Model teams now have an extra incentive to register early for the 50th Lucas Oil Winchester 400 scheduled for Sunday, October 17 at Winchester Speedway in Indiana.
All Super Late Model teams that register for the race before Tuesday, September 28 will get one free pit pass for the entire weekend. That will save $100 for each team that enters before that date.
“We want to help teams as much as we can,” said Bob Dillner, Promoter of Winchester Speedway. “There is more big news coming for the Lucas Oil Winchester 400, but knowing who is racing as early as possible helps us with marketing the event and giving the drivers and their sponsor additional exposure. It’s already a guaranteed $25,000 to win with a possibility of $50,000 if we get 50 Super Late Models at the event.”
Dillner is referring to the Get 50, Pay 50, For 50 promotional campaign for the Lucas Oil Winchester 400 in Winchester, Indiana on October 15-17. If 50 Super Late Models attempt race the 50th running of the crown jewel event, the winner will receive $50,000. The entire purse is raised from more than a $100,000 to nearly $150,000 if the 50-mark in terms of car count is achieved.
Entries are already rolling in for the Lucas Oil Winchester 400. Stay tuned as names and more information are released as we get closer to race weekend from October 15-17.
Due to the demand, more than half of the grandstands for the Lucas Oil Winchester 400 weekend are reserved seats. Those tickets are available at winchesterspeedway.com/tickets.
