KING OF HIGHBANKS SCHEDULE RELEASED FOR LABOR DAY WEEKEND

The Fastest Cars Roaring on Winchester Speedway's Asphalt

The Vore’s Welding and Steel King of the Highbanks presented by JEGS will feature a busy schedule over Labor Day weekend, September 4-5.

It all starts off Saturday with the Vores Compact Touring Series, JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Pro Late Models, CRA Street Stocks and Thunder Roadsters. Pit gates open at 11:30am ET; practice begins at 1:30 and qualifying at 4:30pm. Racing is slated to start at 7pm ET with three features on tap. To add a little twist, two paying Super Late Model sessions are slated in the middle of all the action. Details on the “Lightning Rounds” are to be announced soon.

There will also be a post-race concert following Saturday night’s program. Stay tuned for more details.

Sunday’s card will feature the best of both worlds, with the rescheduled Fly Over States 150 presented by JEGS for the ARCA/CRA Super Series Super Late Models and the Auto Value Non-Winged Sprints making their first appearance in two years.

Once again, pit gates open at 11:30am ET, with the first practice session on track at 1:30pm. Qualifying will begin at 4:00 on Sunday, with an autograph session scheduled in the midway at its conclusion.

Sprint Cars will compete in the Vores Welding and Steel 35 at 6:00pm ET, followed by driver intros and the Fly Over States 150 presented by JEG at 7:00pm. Be sure to stick around for a fireworks show after the checkered flag waves Sunday night.

There will be an optional practice session for all teams on Friday, September 3 from 5-9pm. The entire weekend schedule can be found below.

All tickets for the weekend will be General Admission except for the top-three rows The top-three rows are reserved tickets only. Tickets for the King of the Highbanks and the Lucas Oil Winchester 400 are available at winchesterspeedway.com/tickets.
