A Look at the Newest Drivers of Winchester Speedway

The 50th Lucas Oil Winchester 400 weekend will once again feature three days of racing and see six champions crowned during the weekend.

“It’s a packed schedule and that’s perfect for the golden running of the Lucas Oil Winchester 400,” said Bob Dillner, Promoter of Winchester Speedway. “This is history in the making and we have a lot of things lined up for fans and the racers alike. We structured this schedule to help racers get the track time they want without the need to stay for all days if they do not want to.”

The JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour and Vores Compact Touring Series will have their season finales on Friday, October 15. Practice will begin at noon, with Pro Late Model qualifying at 4:00pm and racing to begin at 6:00. Super Late Models will have a Lightning Round of practice at 4:30pm while the Modifieds will have several sessions throughout the day.

Saturday, October 16 will see qualifying for the Lucas Oil Winchester 400 and the Midwest Modifieds Tour “Run For The Gun 50,” along with races for the Vore’s Welding and Steel CRA Late Model Sportsman and Van Hoy Oil CRA Street Stocks. Practice begins at 10:00AM for all series, with Modified qualifying at 2:00. Super Late Models will vie for the Lucas Oil Pole Award at 3:00. Racing will follow Winchester 400 qualifying at 4pm.

The 50th Lucas Oil Winchester 400 will conclude the weekend on Sunday, October 17. Grandstands open at 10am and the driver autograph session will take place at noon in the midway. Pre-race ceremonies are slated to begin at 1:00pm, with driver introductions at 1:15pm. The green flag for the Lucas Oil Winchester 400 will wave at approximately 2:15pm..

There will be an optional practice session for all teams on Thursday, October 14 from 12-5. A post-race concert will also take place after the races on both Friday and Saturday night.

All tickets for Winchester 400 weekend will be General Admission except for the top-three rows The top-three rows are reserved tickets only. Tickets for the King of the Highbanks and the Lucas Oil Winchester 400 are available at winchesterspeedway.com/tickets.
